How to delete your Neon Brink data, and what is deleted or kept.
How to delete your data
Neon Brink has no accounts. Your game progress is stored only on your phone and is deleted instantly when you uninstall the app. For device-linked data held in Firebase, send an email and it is deleted within 30 days.
To request deletion of device-linked data held in Firebase (analytics events, crash logs, app instance ID), send an email to:
What to include in your email
- Subject: “Neon Brink data deletion request”
- Identification: your app instance ID (visible in the game's Settings screen, if available) or the email address of the Google account you play with.
- Request: a line such as “I request the deletion of all data related to me in Neon Brink.”
Your request is processed within 30 days, and we reply by email once the deletion is complete.
Data deleted or retained

Additional steps (optional)
- Advertising ID: reset or delete it in Android settings (Google → Ads).
- Google data: manage all data tied to your Google account at myaccount.google.com.
- Uninstalling: the fastest way. Simply uninstall Neon Brink from your phone; all on-device progress is removed instantly.
