In short

Neon Brink asks for no account, name, email, phone number or location. The game plays offline. When you are online, the services listed below process device identifiers and usage data so that ads can be shown, so that we can see how the game is used, and so that crashes can be fixed.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the game schedules at most one reminder a day on your phone (free box, daily reward), never between 22:00 and 09:00. Reminders are created on the device; no data is sent anywhere. Turn them off under Settings → Notifications.

Stored on your device

Your progress (records, coins, gems, cars, cosmetics, missions, settings) is kept only on your phone and is removed when you uninstall the app.

Retention and security

Data is encrypted in transit on Google's infrastructure. Firebase Analytics data is kept for 14 months, Crashlytics logs for 90 days.

Deletion requests

To ask for deletion of device-linked data held in Firebase, email [email protected] with the subject “Neon Brink data deletion”; requests are handled within 30 days (see Data deletion). Play Games data is managed from your Google account (myaccount.google.com).

Children

The game is designed for ages 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone we know to be under 13.
